Non-UCSD Students and Youth Under 15
Non-UCSD Students with a valid ID and all Youth under the age of 15 receive $10 OFF single ticket prices. Limit one discounted ticket per student. To purchase your tickets, call 858.534.TIXS or visit the UCSD Box Office window.
Alumni
UCSD Alumni Association members receive 10% OFF single ticket prices. Alumni Association members may purchase two discounted tickets per performance. To purchase your tickets, call 858.534.TIXS or visit the UCSD Box Office window.
Faculty and Staff
UCSD Faculty and Staff receive 10% OFF single ticket prices. Current UCSD Staff or Faculty ID required and limit of two discount tickets per performance. Click here to order online.
Groups
Groups of 10 or more people receive 15% OFF single tickets prices. To purchase your tickets, call 858.534.TIXS or visit the UCSD Box Office window.
Refunds
All tickets are nonrefundable, except in the case of a canceled performance.
Exchanges
Single ticket exchanges are assessed a $5.00 handling fee per transaction. Exchange requests must be received by the UCSD Box Office one working day prior to the performance date listed on the ticket. All exchanges must be made in person, or in writing if requested by mail or by fax.
A $5.00 handling fee applies to every order processed by phone, mail, or fax through the UCSD Box Office. Handling fees do not apply to walk-up orders.
Wheelchair seating is available in all ArtPower! venues. Large print programs can be made available to patrons the evening of the performance if requested 72 hours in advance. Please contact Amy Thomas at 858.822.3199 or athomas@ucsd.edu with your request for accommodation.
Late Seating
All performances start promptly at the time indicated on the ticket. We encourage you to arrive 30 minutes early to allow time for parking and seating. For reasons of safety, patrons arriving late may not be able to sit in their ticketed seat or section and will be directed to alternative seating by the ushers.
Children
We encourage you to share your enjoyment of the performing arts with your family. However, not all performances are suitable for children. Every audience member is required to purchase a ticket, but discounted tickets are available for youth under the age of 15 ($10.00 off the regular adult ticket price).
