About

Two-time GRAMMY Award-winning singer, multi-instrumentalist, and Pulitzer Prize winner Rhiannon Giddens has built a remarkable career bringing overlooked stories to light through music. As a performer, composer, curator, and educator, she has explored the many forces that have shaped American culture, earning recognition as one of the most important artists working today.

Performing music from her recent projects, including What Did the Blackbird Say to the Crow, Giddens draws from a 10-song collection inspired by the beauty of people coming together and drawing strength from each other. Reflecting more than two decades of artistic exploration, these songs offer a powerful look at the people, traditions, and influences that have shaped American music.
