From the North
- Take I-5 south.
- Exit on Genesee Avenue west.
- Turn left onto North Torrey Pines Road.
- Turn left onto North Point Drive.
- You will be at the North Point Drive entrance to campus (map). A UCSD visitor information center is on the right.
From the East
- Take I-8 west.
- Merge onto I-5 north.
- Take the La Jolla Village Drive exit.
- Turn left onto La Jolla Village Drive.
- Take the Gilman Drive ramp.
- Turn right at Gilman Drive.
- Ahead is the Gilman Drive entrance to campus (map). A UCSD visitor information center is on the right.
From the South
- Take I-5 north.
- Take the La Jolla Village Drive exit.
- Turn left onto La Jolla Village Drive.
- Take the Gilman Drive ramp.
- Turn right at Gilman Drive.
- Ahead is the Gilman Drive entrance to campus (map). A UCSD visitor information center is on the right.
Arrive early! Late seating is granted based upon the artists’ wishes, so don’t miss one exciting moment.
Happy Parking
Navigating the UC San Diego campus is no longer a hassle with double the signage to get you here. UC San Diego requires parking permits 7 days a week.
Permits can also be purchased the night of the performance through attendants or at permit machines. Visit UC San Diego Transportation for information on where to buy your permit, and costs.
Pay by App
Park in Gilman parking lot and pay by Parkmobile app. This service includes geo-fencing for guidance and wayfinding as well as customizable expiration reminders so you can extend your session remotely by phone. For more information, visit transportation.ucsd.edu/parking/pay-by-app.
Accessibility
If you have a Disabled Person (DP) placard or license plate, you can parking in these spaces without a UCSD permit: handicap-accessible spaces designated by the wheelchair symbol; metered spaces (no fee required); and spaces marked S, B, or A (visit website for more information and exceptions: transportation.ucsd.edu/parking/accessible).

Pre-purchased Parking Pass
If you have pre-purchased a parking pass with your tickets, please follow the instructions below on where to park and how to obtain your parking pass.
- Please have your ticket confirmation ready to show our parking attendant.

Parking is located at the Gilman Parking Structure, at the intersection of Villa La Jolla Drive and Gilman Drive.

Upon entering the parking structure, please follow the directional signs and proceed up to level 3 where you will find our Parking Attendants. They will be located at the north end of the structure, near the elevators and can be found wearing pink polo shirts.

Please check in with a parking attendant by showing the top portion of this email to receive your parking pass. Parking attendants will be available two hours before event time. You may either drive up to the attendant to pick up your pass before parking, or park, walk to the attendant and return the pass to your vehicle’s dashboard.

Place your parking permit on your dashboard.

If you purchased parking for multiple cars, each car must display it’s own pass.

Mobility

- Red curb, fire lane or yellow commercial zones (unless license plate allows)
- Timed loading zones, beyond the specified time
