Triton Box Office Hours
Monday to Friday, 10 am to 4 pm (closed Saturday and Sunday). The Triton Box Office is located at Price Center, Plaza Level.
Box office is open one hour before each scheduled event in the lobby of the venue.
Note: General Admission (GA) tickets are first-come, first-served in the unreserved general seating/standing area. General Admission tickets guarantee entry and standing room, but do not guarantee a seat.
How To Order Tickets
You can purchase tickets online, by phone, in person at the Triton Box Office, and at most events (subject to availability).

- Tickets for select events may be purchased by calling the Triton Box Office at (858)534-1430 during normal operating business hours. UC San Diego student, faculty, and staff discounts for events are not available by phone and discounts are not applicable to all events.
IN PERSON/BOX OFFICE
- You may purchase tickets in person at the Triton Box Office located at the LionTree Arena, during normal operating business hours. UC San Diego students, faculty, and staff must present UCSD-issued ID to receive any applicable discounts.
EVENT
- Tickets are available for sale at most events. All events are subject to capacity and may sell out any time, we highly recommend you purchase tickets in advance.

DISCOUNTS
Groups: Save 15%
Groups of 10 or more people who attend the same performance receive 15% off regular ticket price.
Youth/San Diego Students: Save up to 50%
Youth (ages 5–18) and students with valid student ID within San Diego County receive up to 50% off the regular ticket price on select events. Not all performances are suitable for young children. See event descriptions for more details. Regardless of age, all children must have a ticket. Children under five are not permitted inside the theater.

UCSD Students
We recognize students’ budgets can be tight, so we make sure our performances are affordable. We do this by offering a limited number of free tickets. This offer applies to UC San Diego graduate and undergraduate students that pay student activities/services fee. Use SSO to access your benefits.

Ticket Exchanges
Triton Box Office has a no refund or exchange policy; however, there are exceptions (i.e. the department will refund in the case of a death in the family or serious illness in which the customer notifies and returns the tickets, canceled or rescheduled events). No refunds are given after the event has been completed.
All performances at the Epstein Family Amphitheater will go on, rain or shine. No refunds or exchanges. In the case of inclement or severe weather, instructions will be shared with ticket holders onsite, via email and online at artpower.ucsd.edu.
As an ArtPower donor or subscriber (choose-your-own combos), you receive ticket exchanges at no additional charge. Exchanges must be requested in person, by email (artpower@ucsd.edu), or by phone no later than 48 business hours prior to the performance. Exchanges must be of equal or lesser value and are subject to availability. Tickets may not be donated back to ArtPower for tax-deduction purposes.

Department of Music’s Conrad Prebys Concert Hall
Located on the campus, the Conrad Prebys Music Center Concert Hall is a state-of-the-art music venue designed by architect Mark Reddington and Wendy Pautz of LMN Architects, with renowned acoustician Cyril M. Harris. The concert hall’s interior is an asymmetrical system of triangular surfaces that fold around the room in different directions to diffuse sound evenly through the space.
Epstein Family Amphitheater
The Epstein Family Amphitheater is a state-of-the-art performance venue in the heart of UC San Diego. The first in a series of transformational developments designed to create a grand entrance to the campus, the amphitheater invites all San Diegans to experience the unique interdisciplinary integration of art and entertainment, research and education that embodies the campus culture.
With capacity for 2,650, the Epstein Family Amphitheater is purpose-built to provide diverse programming and to create engagement opportunities for UC San Diego students and the San Diego community at large. The open-air amphitheater will showcase performing arts, featuring local and international talent, as well student, campus and community events. When not actively programmed, the space will serve as an informal gathering place and open park.

Balboa Theatre
868 Fourth Avenue at E Street, San Diego 92101
Built in 1924, the historic Balboa Theatre was an elegant vaudeville and movie palace in the heart of downtown San Diego. The historic theatre reopened in January 2008 with much acclaim from audiences and performers. It has received numerous special awards and recognition from local, state, and national professional organizations.

We recognize that your lives are also subject o unexpected changes as the situation evolves and are responding by adjusting our ticket policies for the upcoming 2022–23 season.
We are committed to the health and safety of our artists, students, patrons, and staff and will accommodate ticket exchanges and refunds, should you be unable to safely attend an event. If an event needs to be rescheduled or canceled, we will inform you as soon as possible, providing you with the option of a ticket exchange, donation, or refund. Refunds will be available less applicable fees.

In the event that you misplace your tickets, please make sure to call the box office at your earliest convenience. If you have lost your tickets on the day of the event, you may also visit the box office at the venue starting one hour prior to the event start time, please be prepared with your photo identification and credit card used to purchase the tickets. $5 reprint fee applies. Tickets can also be sent to your mobile devices at no charge.
TICKET PRICES ARE LESS EXPENSIVE NOW THAN WHEN I BOUGHT MY TICKETS ORIGINALLY, CAN I GET A REFUND?
All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. Discounts may not be applied to previous purchases.
WHEN A PERFORMANCE I WANT TO ATTEND IS SOLD OUT, CAN I BE PLACED ON A WAIT LIST?
At this time, we do not offer a waiting list for tickets to sold out events. Should tickets become available, they will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
ARE THERE ANY TICKET FEES?
Fees are charged based on each performance and venue. For most ArtPower events, the fees are included in the price of the ticket (breakdown of fees will be available at checkout). These fees are subject to change at any time.
